Of course, we could focus on (a) not actually breaking the law, and (b) taking care of the business of running the country–but that doesn’t sell newspapers, so THAT’LL never happen.

It's bigger than Nicole or Paris being arrested for drunk driving.... For the love of god, we invaded a country under false pretenses and it is now crumbling into civil war. The world is going through climate change and we are running out of oil. I can just see the nightly news editor now, "Yeah New Orleans is so last year.. let's lead with the gay guy in the toilet." It makes me think of the Jack N line from a 'Few Good Men', "The Truth?? You can't handle the truth!" I just think it is creepy how big a story it is when someone in the GOP does something ‘gay’.
